Kristine is the Lead Client experience Coordinator at Parker Performance Institute.
Her responsibilities include:
- Supervise Front Desk and Reception Team Members
- Ensure Flawless Patient Experience
- Conduct billing and collections
- Manage Purchasing
Kristine began her medical career in Ophthalmology as a receptionist, while attending TWU. She quickly worked her way up within the company and gained an ophthalmic COA, where she has spent the last 16 years as an ophthalmic Tech/scribe. She prides herself on providing outstanding customer care for each and every one of our patients that walk through the doors of our clinic.
She believes your body and mind are connected and you should feed the mind as much as the body. To be healthy each one must be aligned in harmony with each other. Our doctors at Parker Performance Institute incorporate this into each of our clients individualized plans to get them back to a health balance to perform at their best for whatever life may bring their way.
In her free time, Kristine enjoys being outdoors hiking, patio lunches, spending time with her two children, and her two rescue dogs.
