Hailey Novak is a licensed massage therapist and massage therapy instructor with a strong background in clinical and performance-based bodywork. She graduated at the top of her class from Parker University School of Massage in 2022 and has continued to expand her training in medical massage, sports massage, myofascial techniques, neuromuscular therapy, and assisted stretching.
Hailey has extensive experience working with high-performing individuals, including professional and collegiate athletes and elite military personnel. She completed three seasons with the Dallas Cowboys as part of the Parker University Alumni Athletic Massage Recovery Team and has worked with athletes across the NFL, NHL, USL League One soccer, and NCAA football and tennis.
As a mild traumatic brain injury survivor, Hailey is especially passionate about incorporating safe, therapeutic touch into the recovery process for individuals healing from head injuries. She brings both clinical knowledge and personal insight to her work, focusing on creating a safe and supportive environment that promotes healing and nervous system regulation.
Her approach combines clinical precision with a strong understanding of movement and recovery, helping clients reduce pain, restore mobility, and improve overall performance.
Outside of her practice, Hailey enjoys long walks in the sunshine, knitting, strength training, tackling house projects, and experimenting with sourdough recipes.
